Cancelling a Lesson
Students have complete flexibility to cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you find yourself running late, please send a message to inform the teacher. If the teacher has not been warned, he will message you and remain online for 15 minutes. If you have not arrived by then, the lesson will be cancelled. In the case of a last-minute cancellation or if a student does not show up for the lesson, the class fee will still be due. This policy ensures that both students and teacher can manage their schedules effectively while respecting each other’s time.
Although the teacher makes every effort to honor scheduled appointments, there may be instances when he has to cancel a lesson on a specific day. Such cancellations initiated by the teacher can always be rescheduled or refunded.
10-Lesson Package Cancellation
The Cancellation Policy for a 10-Lesson Package is designed to reflect the significant discount offered compared to Single Lessons. If you decide to cancel your 10-Lesson Package, please note that all completed lessons within the plan will be charged at the Single Lesson price. The remaining balance, after accounting for these charges, will be refunded to you. This policy ensures that the benefits of the discounted rate are maintained for those who commit to the full package, while providing a fair refund process for cancellations.
